ACCESS YOUR TICKETS:
Step 1: Log On to Mobile Account Manager
1. Go to WestchesterKnicks.com
2. Click the menu icon in the top left corner and click TICKETS
3. Choose ACCOUNT MANAGER at the bottom of the drop-down Menu
4. Enter your email and password to login
Step 2: Manage Tickets on Your Phone
1. Select appropriate game
2. Select the SELECT AN ACTION drop down menu
3. Choose VIEW YOUR TICKETS
4. Select the seat to view the tickets and scroll to the bottom
5. Tap VIEW YOUR TICKETS
6. When at the game swipe left to view additional tickets so all tickets can be scanned
TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS:
Step 1: Log on to Online Account Manager
1. Go to WestchesterKnicks.com
2. Hoover your cursor over TICKETS and Options will drop down
3. Click on ACCOUNT MANAGER
4. Enter your email and password to login
Step 2: Manage Tickets Online
1. Select MANAGE MY TICKETS
2. Select appropriate game
3. Choose TRANSFER
4. Choose seats that you want to transfer
5. Choose shopping cart in the top right labeled TRANSFER
6. Choose or add recipient
7. Agree to terms to complete transfer
